We can provide information and assistance with:

  • Healthcare advocacy
  • Mental health referrals
  • Welfare payments
  • Applying for jobs
  • Accompanying to appointments
  • Finding housing
  • Homelessness support

This includes:

  • helping you understand and explain any correspondence you have received, and assist in completing any applications or forms, such as eVisas, benefits, jobs or housing applications.
  • providing advocacy and support in helping you deal with the Home Office, Migrant Help, NHS, Food Banks and Food Clubs, and any other agencies or organisations.
  • providing you with limited financial support from our Welfare Fund for unexpected expenses or urgent needs on a case-by-case basis.
  • accompanying you to appointments, such as doctor and dental appointments, opening bank accounts and, any other accompanying support on request can be considered.
  • referring or signposting you to other professional agencies for advice and partner charities for support where appropriate.

Office Appointments

One-on-one office appointments with a designated support worker are available on request. These are for clients requiring longer-term support who need more time and confidentiality than a drop-in session can provide.
